Estimates and booking

Website prices and estimate requests are general information and are not a confirmed booking. A job is scheduled only after M&E confirms availability, scope, crew size, rates, minimum time, locations, access conditions and any applicable rental, material or third-party charges in writing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate job details, including addresses, inventory, stairs, elevators, long carries, parking restrictions, building rules, fragile items, unusually heavy items and any condition that may affect safety, time or staffing. Customers are responsible for lawful access to the properties and for securing valuables, medications, important documents and prohibited items.

Changes to the job

If the actual job differs from the information provided, M&E may revise the estimated time, price, crew or service plan, or decline work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully. Changes will be discussed before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Payment

For direct bookings, arranged rental costs and requested materials are due before the move. Labor is due after the agreed work is completed and the customer has had an opportunity to review the job. Accepted methods currently include Visa, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo and cash. Credit-card payments may include a processing surcharge of up to 3%, disclosed before payment; debit and prepaid cards are not surcharged.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Contact M&E as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any job-specific cancellation, rescheduling, refund or nonrefundable third-party charge will be stated in the written confirmation or agreement that applies to your booking.

Third-party platforms

M&E is independently owned and may be listed as a service provider through Moving Help. Bookings made through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s pricing, payment, cancellation and other terms. Moving Help and U-Haul are third-party brands and do not own M&E Moving Services LLC.

You may use this website for lawful inquiries. Website information may change as availability, prices and services are updated. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete or current. Nothing on this website replaces the written terms for a confirmed job.
