Direct rates are based on crew size and day. A two-hour minimum applies, and additional labor time is billed in 30-minute increments.

Basic reusable equipment, including dollies, straps and standard tools, is included with labor unless otherwise stated. Rental-truck and transportation arrangements are confirmed separately in writing before the move.
Any arranged rental costs and requested materials are charged upfront before the move.
Labor is charged after the work is completed and the customer has reviewed the finished job and is satisfied.
Thursday and Friday use the same rates. Saturday and Sunday use the same rates.
