A family business with a purpose.

M&E Moving Services LLC began with a simple goal: to build a stronger future for our family while creating a moving company people can genuinely trust. Emma founded the company, Bryson manages its day-to-day service, and together we are building something we hope our children can be proud of.

We understand that a move is more than boxes and furniture. It may be a first home, a growing family, a new job, a fresh start or the closing of an important chapter. The belongings we handle are part of someone’s life, and we believe they deserve patience, respect and careful attention.

Our purpose guides the way we work: listen before we lift, communicate clearly, arrive prepared and treat every home and customer with dignity. We want every move we complete to help another person or family move forward with confidence—just as this company is helping our own family move forward.

We review your inventory, access conditions, pickup and destination addresses, requested services, customer-provided truck or container, and scheduling window before confirming the job.

We communicate with you about priorities, protect the flow of entrances and hallways, and use a loading order designed around your belongings and destination.

Flexible pricing for same-building moves

Only moving furniture or belongings within the same home, apartment building, office or property? Because no destination-to-destination move is involved, we may be able to offer customized labor pricing based on the items, access and time required. Contact us for a personalized estimate.

Paid before the moveRequested materials

Requested packing materials are charged upfront before the move. Customers pay rental companies directly for their own vehicle.

Paid after the moveLabor charges

Labor is charged after the work is completed and the customer has reviewed the finished job and is satisfied.

Payments accepted: Visa, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo and cash.
Credit-card payments may include a processing surcharge of up to 3%, disclosed before payment. Debit and prepaid cards are not surcharged.

How do I receive an estimate?

Tell us your requested date, starting and destination locations, home size, access details, heavy items, and the services you need. We review the information and confirm availability.

What days is M&E currently available?

We currently accept moves Thursday through Sunday. We plan to offer additional days in the future and will update the website as our schedule expands.

Is M&E registered in Virginia?

M&E Moving Services LLC is registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

How do I receive the direct-booking discount?

Request your booking directly with M&E for 5% off the listed base labor price. Supplies are regular price. The estimator includes this discount automatically. Custom negotiated offers are not combined with the discount. We confirm the final price and availability in writing.

When is payment due?

Requested materials are paid upfront. Customers arrange and pay for their own rental vehicle directly. Labor is paid after the job is completed and you have reviewed the finished work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and cash for direct bookings.

Can you help with a rental truck or moving container?

Yes. We provide loading and unloading labor for customer-provided rental trucks, trailers, storage units, U-Box containers and similar containers. The customer arranges and drives the vehicle.

Are you part of U-Haul?

M&E is an independently owned company listed as a service provider on the U-Haul Moving Help marketplace. Moving Help and U-Haul are third-party brands.

Can you move heavy or unusual items?

Tell us the item, approximate weight, dimensions, stairs, and access conditions when requesting your estimate. We will confirm whether we can safely include it.

How should I prepare before the crew arrives?

Secure valuables, clear walkways, reserve parking or elevators when required, and tell us about stairs, long carries, building rules, or fragile items before moving day.

Do you handle moves outside the listed service area?

Our labor crew is based in Manassas Park and serves Northern Virginia and nearby D.C. communities. Customers provide and drive the moving vehicle; M&E does not transport property.

What information should I share about the property?

Please include stairs, elevators, long walking distances, parking restrictions, loading-dock requirements, unusually heavy items, and any building scheduling rules.
